Plantations List

This is not a complete list of plantations of Liberty County. These are only the names of plantations (and some other places of interest) I have found as I browse old Liberty County records looking for the names of enslaved people to add to this site. This documents the mentions I am finding of these locations. You can find the original record by clicking on the FamilySearch link. This list is also not in any sort of order, and is being added to regularly.

As of 10/2023, I have started going through the list to add additional information: # of acres, page number in the deed book, year of transaction, owner, and to whom it was sold (if a bill of sale).
