Comments: “By virtue of an order from the Honorable Court of Ordinary of said County held on the first Monday in December A.D. [1854] to us directed authorizing and requiring us to make distribution of the property belonging to the Minors of Robert Hendry late of said county deceased. Among the distributees entitled to said property, we this day proceeded to the performance of that duty. There were four distributees to wit George N. Hendry, Alfred J. Hendry, James T. Hendry and Est. of Mary E. Hendry (one of said minors) deceased. George N. Hendry was represented by L.B. Hendry & Alfred J. Hendry & James T. Hendry, minors, and Estate Mary E. Hendry, deceased, was represented by John A. Hendry, Guardian.” “It having been agreed by the Distributors of the estate of Mary E. Hendry that the negroes belonging to said minors should be divided between George N., Alfred J. and James T. Hendry and that the share of the Est. of Mary E. Hendry should be made up from the money belonging to said minors.
