On April 4, 1810, Daniel Sullivant, Liberty County, used as collateral on a promissory note of $366 to Robert & John Bolton, merchants of Savannah, “the following negroe Slaves viz. Agrippa, Nancy, Charlotte, Lydia, Betty, Bella, Agrippa, Toney, Die & ? Penninah ?. Witnessed by F. Cuyler, Simon Fraser. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on July 21, 1810.
In another deed record dated April 4, 1810, Robert and John Bolton assigned to James Dickson “one half the sum due on the within Bond.”
