On June 26, 1848, John Harn Sr, Bryan County, gifted to Thomas Harn Jr, Bryan County, a 950-acre compound of six tracts in Bryan County and “two negro slaves Laura and Bucksher,” and 40 head of stock cattle.

On June 26, 1848, John Harn Sr, Bryan County gifted to Samuel Harn, Bryan County, three tracts of land in Bryan County and “two negro slaves Frank and Flora,” a stallion named Joe and 40 head of stock cattle. Recorded in Bryan County Superior Court on June 27, 1848.

On June 26, 1848, John Harn Sr, Bryan County gifted to Levi S. D’Lyon of Chatham County as trustee for Mrs. Edith Rebecca Clark, the wife of William Clark of Bryan County, and any children she might have at her death a 750-acre tract in Bryan County bounded by Hines, Harn and ?Keller?, vacant land, and Canouchee River, that had been granted to John Butler on December 20, 1833, plus “two negro slaves Affy and her son Henry,” a sorrel mare, 50 head of stock cattle and 30 head of stock hogs.

Recorded in Superior Court on June 27 and 28, 1848.
