On April 2, 1831, Benjamin S. Lamb, Bryan County, sold to Alexander M. Sandiford for $825 “two negro men slaves (wit) Will about fifty years of age, and George about twenty three years of age.” Witnessed by Isaac D’Lyon, Luke Mann. Recorded in Bryan County Superior Court on May 3, 1831.
