On March 19, 1822, at Riceboro, Richard S. Baker, Liberty County, sold to William Robarts for $450 “one negro slave, Celia.” Witnessed by Joseph Baisden, Samuel Manly. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on May 16, 1822.
