On February 2, 1816, at Sunbury, Dorothy VanYeveren, widow of Sunbury, sold to Jedidiah Field for $4010 “the following negroes, to wit, Charles, Jan, Flora, Sally, Mary, Sina, Cinder [alt: Cinda], George, Tom, Mazey, Cinder (a child), Emma, Adam, Abram, and John.” Witnessed by John Kell. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on June 5, 1817.
