Newport Brachers Bridge

State of Georgia, Liberty County } To all to whom these presents shall come these are to certify that the bearer Tyrone (freeman) once the property of John Anderson planter in this place is hereby entitled in consideration of the uprightness of fidelity of his conduct to his masters & of his industry in pursuing my interest heretofore to reside on my plantation the remainder of his days & receive a suitable maintenance while he resides on the plantation. Moreover should the said Tyrone think it proper to remove to the plantation or employ of any person near my place (wherever it may be) he shall notwithstanding claim of me, my heirs executors administrators or assins the full and just sum of 133 dollars & 50 cents annually, which is to continue until his death.
