Enslaved Persons Named: Jack
On July 15, 1822, Charles Law, Liberty County, sold to John C. Broughton for $450 “a certain negro man named Jack.” Witnessed by Nath’l [Nathaniel] Law. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on October 7, 1822.
