Bacon, Liberty County, used as collateral on a promissory note for $1000 to Raymond Harris “the following named slaves with the issue of the females to wit Jacob, Flora, Louisa & Rachell…” Witnessed by James Smily [alt: Smiley] Jr. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on May 25, 1835. [NOTE: Marked satisfied as of January 4, 1837. Satisfaction recorded on June 9, 1837.]
