On March 10, 1850, G.W. Anderson “& Brother” released from all claims and mortgages “the within named negro slaves to wit George, Mariah, John, Amy, Ned, Nanny, York and Doll.” Witnessed by John E. Ward, Not. Pub. Recorded on April 15, 1850, by J.S. Bradwell, Clerk. 

On March 15, 1850, Abial Winn, Liberty County, sold to Raymond Cay, both of Liberty County, for $3600 “the following named negroe slaves to wit George, Mariah, John, Amy, Ned, Nanny, York and Doll…” Witnessed by John E. Ward, Not. Pub. Recorded on April 15, 1850, by J.S. Bradwell, Clerk.
