Enslaved Persons Named: Ellen, Andrew

On January 20, 1848, Benjamin B. King, Liberty County, signed over to Edward J. Delegal, Liberty County, in trust for his wife Elizabeth S. King and their children “the following personal property in negroes to wit a negro woman named Ellen and child named Andrew.” Witnessed by H.H. Delegal, R.Q. Andrews, J.P. Recorded on December 19, 1848, by J.S. Bradwell, Clerk.
