“Georgia, Liberty County } Received of John P. Hines, Executor of the last will and testament of the late Charlton Hines the following negro slaves viz. Prime, Abner, Dan, Henry, Isiah, Mary, Tenah, Becca, Hannah, Charlotte and Sarah, and all that tract of plot of land owned by me on my marriage with the said Charlton Hines, this 28th day of April 1864.” [Signed by] Sarah J. Hines. Witnessed by Jesse Brewer, C.S.C.L.C. Recorded on April 30, 1864, by Jesse Brewer, Clerk.
