Enslaved Persons Named: Frank, Sophy.

Abial Winn, Liberty County, used as collateral for a bond of $900 to Peter W. Fleming, guardian of Robert H. Walthour, both of Liberty County, on June 15, 1860, “the following negro slaves, with the issue of the females (viz): Frank aged about forty three years and Sophy about twenty seven.” Witnessed by W.A. Fleming, S.L. Fleming. Probated by W.A. Fleming before W.E.W. Quarterman, J.J.C.L.C. on June 25, 1860. Recorded on 6 July 1860 by Jesse Brewer, Clerk.
