Comments: This document was a division of the “negroes of the estate of Micajah Andrews as divided first by consent of the heirs of said Estate and thus concurred in by the undersigned appraisers, this 16 day of January 1844 as being in accordance with the will of said M. Andrews, said negroes appraised at four thousand eight hundred & ninety five dollars & the deductions made in the will of said M. Andrews being added thereto making in all five thousand eight hundred forty one dollars, said deductions amounting to nine hundred & forty six one sixth part or the proportion of one heir being 978.50 dollars.” Lots were divided as follows:

1 — to the children of Jos. Andrews
2 — to E.Q. Andrews
3 — to the children of R.Q. Andrews
4 — to Jno. [John] S. Andrews
5 — to Mary E. Smith
6 — Lidia Q. Baker
