In the name of God Amen. I, Mary Ann Fuller, of the State of Georgia and County of Liberty, being of sound and disposing mind & memory calling to mind the uncertainty of life do therefore make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following viz.
Item 1st. I direct and request my Executors herein after named to pay all my just debts which are few and small.
Item 2d. I give and bequeath to my friend Wm. Q. Baker in trust for the use of my daughter Caroline E. Allen all my personal estate, Nancy, Affy, Jacob, Bob, Betty, and Little Nancy also all my landed property that I may die possed [sic] of.
Item 3. I give and bequeath the old woman Bess to my daughter Caroline, together with all my household furniture.
Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend Wm. Q. Baker and my son in law Benj. Allen my executors to this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand & seal this 19th day of September in the year of Our Lord Eighteen hundred & forty three.
