Bequests:

  • To nephew John M. Myddelton [alt: Middleton] “one negro slave named Charles.” If John M. Myddelton dies under age, Charles would go to his brother Augusta Myddelton’s other children.

  • Wills that the remainder of his estate, both real and personal, not required to pay his debts, be divided equally between granddaughter Susan L. Stacy and gradson John McGowen.
