Ann Norman of Liberty County. Last Will and Testament dated January 31, 1804; probated June 23, 1804. Gives to her sister Sarah Way ¼ of her estate; to her nephew, Micajah Andrews, ¼ of same; to nephew and niece, Joseph and Mary Norman ¼ each. To her friend Samuel Spencer she gives certain slaves. Executors: Friends, Joseph Way and Samuel Spencer, and nephew, Micajah Andrews. Witnesses: Martha Way, And. [Andrew?] Walthour.

To sister Sarah Way: “my negroe girl Nanny to her and her heirs and if she does not amount to one fourth part of my estate the deficiency to be made up to her out of my estate.

To friend Samuel Spencer: “my negroe wench Hagar and her children Stephen and Nanny to him & his heirs and whatever they shall be appraised to at, over and above one fourth part of my estate to be paid unto my heirs before mentioned within one year after my decease.”
