Enslaved Persons Named: Judy, Hannah, Isaac, Lucy, Dinah, Lucinda

On May 25, 1826, John S. Quarterman sold to William B. Bulloch for $920 “six negro slaves, viz. Judy, Hannah, Isaac, Lucy, Dinah & Lucinda.” Witnessed by John Dunwody, J.I.C.L.C.  On July 7, 1830, W.B. Bulloch relinquished his rights “in the within negroes” to Messrs Bulloch & Dunwody. On June 22, 1831, James S. Bulloch relinquished his “right & interest to the within negroes to John Dunwody.” Recorded on July 7, 1831, by E. Baker, Clk.
