Will Summary:

Testator: Benjamin Law, Liberty County, State of Georgia

Bequests:

  • To “my afflicted and dear child” Benjamin Law, my fellow Sam, till death, to attend on him, and the said Benjamin to be supported out of the rest of my property.”

  • All the remainer of property to the rest of his family, to be equally divided among them after his debts are paid.

Executors: His four sons, William, Joseph, James & John S. Law
