Baker, Pennsylvania, “the following negro slaves (to wit) Elsy [alt: Elsey], Prince, Jane, Peggy, Tom, [possibly Sam] Bob and Lewis, also Die [alt: Dye] Bellah Betty Peggy Cinda Nancy Stephen and Major…” Witnessed by J.S. Bradwell, S. Parker, J.I.C.L.C. Recorded on August 15, 1842, by E. Way, Clerk, Superior Court, Liberty County. [NOTE: Written on this deed was: “Satisfied Wm. J. way Atty for J.O.
