Sarah Mallard, widow, of Liberty County. Last Will and Testament dated March 5, 1819, probated January 3, 1820. To her niece Sarah R. Spencer she gives slaves and cattle; to nephew, Samuel Spencer, slaves and cattle and $100; to Mary S. Bacon (who resides with her) her riding horse and chair; to nephew, William Spencer, all the remainder of her estate, he to pay $100.00 each to Sarah S., Susanna and Eliza S. Bacon, daughters of Joseph Bacon, when of age of 18. Executors: Nephews, William Spencer and Joseph Stevens Baker. Witnesses: Uriah Wilcox, Robert Steele and Benjamin Baker.
