“Upon the application and petition of Bella and her five children William, Virginia, James, Dianna, and Christopher free persons of colour, living and residing in the County of Liberty for Dr. D.H. Wright to be appointed their Guardian. Ordered that the clerk do grant letters of Guardianship to said Dr. Wright.”
