On the application and petition of Bella, Catherine and Catherine Ann free persons of colour, living & residing in the County for G.W. Walthour Esq to be appointed their Guardian. Ordered that letters of Guardianship be granted; also ordered that letters of guardianship be granted to G.W. Walthour for Henrietta Hamilton a free woman of colour. On the application & petition of Susan William, Tira and Henry free persons of colour living & residing in the County for B.A. Busby Esqr to be appointed their Guardian. Ordered that letters of Guardianship be granted.
On the application & petition of Eliza & her three children Joseph, Benjamin & Isabella free persons of colour living & residing in the County for Thomas J. Sheppard Esqr to be appointed their Guardian. Ordered that letters of Guardianship be granted.
On the application & petition of Margaret & her two children, Sam & Matilda free persons of colour living & residing in the County for Joseph C. Wilkins Esqr. to be appointed their Guardian. Ordered that letters of Guardianship be granted.
