“Samuel Jones, Admor [Administrator] of Elias Cassels, dec’d, having applied for permission to sell two negro slaves, the property of the estate of the said deceased, and having satisfied the Court, that he has complied with the requisites of the law in such case made and provided; Ordered that the said administrator be permitted to sell the said slaves, whose names are Jim and Chloe, after first complying with the further requisites of teh law in such case made and provided.”
