Enslaved People Named: Sully, Tamar
On July 17, 1812, John Boggs, Liberty County, sold to Jedidiah Field for $900 “two certain negro slaves, by name Sully and Tamar: to have and to hold the said boy Sully and girl Tamar to the said Field, his heirs and assigns.” Witnessed by Thomas S. Winn. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on June 5, 1817.
