Liberty County Court of Ordinary, Monday, March 1, 1824

“Robert McIntosh, executor of the last will & testament of John E. Fraser deceased, applied for permission to sell a part of the personal estate of the said John E. Fraser deceased in order to discharge a part of the debts due by said Estate. And it having appeared to the Court that the said executor has given notice to the parties interest[ed] of this his application and no objection being made; it is ordered that the said executor on his further compliance with the requisites of the law in such case made and provided, be permitted to sell, at public auction, fourteen of the negro slaves gelonging to said estate.”
