Richard F. Baker, executor of the last will and testament of Alexander Martin deceased, having satisfied the Court that he has complied with the requisites of the law in such cases made and provided, applied to this Court for leave to sell a negro woman slave named Judy and her three children and a boy named Peter. Ordered that he have the permission applied for so as to sell the said negroes at public auction, in the manner pointed out by the laws of this state.
