Ordered that John Broughton, executor of the last will & testament of Mercy Brown, deceased, be permitted to sell three fourths of the right to one of the negro slaves belonging to the estate of the said deceased, for the benefit of the creditors of said estate; he being directed first to comply with the requisites of the law in such case made and provided.
