On March 12, 1860, J.L. McAllister, Bryan County, sold to Benjamin Stiles, trustee for Mrs. Jane Campbell (under her marriage settlement made between Catlitt Campbell, Jane Penny and Benjamin Stiles on November 23, 1859), for $2250 “the following property – one negro woman named Jinny and her three children to wit David Aggy and Frank.” Witnessed by Lewis T ?Tumer?, Wm. [William] Patterson. Recorded in Bryan County Superior Court on April 21, 1860.
