Georgia, Liberty County } To the Hon. the Ordinary of Liberty County
The petition of Isaac Jenkins being the head of a family and in behalf of said family sheweth that he desires an exemption of personalty under the laws of Georgia, and files the following schedule to be exempt from levy and sale:
Schedule
Rice 50 bushels worth $50 Dolls
Corn 75 bushels valued at 75 cts per bushel
3 head of cows worth $12 Dollas per head
Household furniture and bed and Bedding $10 dolls
1200 pounds of short cotton, worth $5 dolls per hundred
Petitioner during the present year 1872, on the plantation of Joseph LeConte, known as Syphax, and now in possession of petitioner; and the cattle now in his possession on said place.
