Georgia, Liberty County } To the Ordinary of Liberty County
The petition of Boston Polite sheweth that he is the head of a family and in behalf of said family applies for an exemption of personalty described in the annexed Schedule to be exempted from levy and sale
Schedule
100 bushels corn, valued at 75 cts per bushel
1200 pounds of short seed cotton valued at $5 dolls per hundred
75 bushels of rice, valued at one doll per bushel
Household and kitchen furniture and bedding valued at ten dolls
5 head of hogs, valued at $3 dolls per head and one ox, valued at $25.00 and one wagon valued at $25.00

The above corn, cotton, rice and hogs being raised on the plantation of J. LeConte in said County, known as Woodland, by labor of petitioner during the present year 1872, and now in possession of petitioner in said County.
