Georgia, Liberty County } To the Ordinary of Liberty County
The petition of Amo Harris sheweth that he is the head of a family and in behalf of said family desires an exemption of personalty to be exempt from levy and sale, the following personal property, under the laws of Georgia, and files the annexed schedule. All of said property now in possession of petitioner and being the crop raised in the present year in said county, on the place of J. LeConte, called Syphax, in said County.

State of Georgia, Liberty County } Schedule of Personalty of Amos Harris the head of a family, p.c. filed in Ordinary office of said County this 4th day of October 1872 for exemption under the Homestead laws of this State to wit
Two hundred Bushels of Corn @ 100 pr bu $200.00
Forty bushels of Rice @ 100 pr bu $40.00
Growing crop of cane or fifty gallons of syrup from the same val at 50 pr gal $25.00
One hundred bushels of potatoes val. at 50 pr bu $50.00
Two head of hogs val at $14.00
Household & Kitchen furniture val. at $50.00
Poutry of all kinds val. at $12.00
Seven hundred & fifty lbs Seed Cotton val at 4 c lb 30.00
