Application of Friday James col’d for exemption of Personalty & Schedule of same Filed in office this 29th day of September 1870

To the ordinary of Liberty County
The petition of Friday James sheweth that he applies for an exemption of personalty under the constitution of Georgia and under the act of 1868 for the setting apart of realty and personalty, and files the annexed schedule which he prays may be approved.

Three head of hogs valued at $15.00
One buggy spring waggon now under levy from Wm. H. Artson’s Court valued at sixty dollars
