Georgia, Liberty County } Memorandum of agreement between Abial Winn of said State and County of the first part and Grace McIver and Auber Williams of the second part.
This agreement witnesseth that Abial Winn of the first part agrees to give to Grace McIver the sum of sixty dollars & her feed and house room for her services for twelve months commencing from the third of January 1867, and to Auber Williams the sum of sixty dollars and her food & house room for her services for twelve months commencing on the Ninth of January.

We Grace McIver & Auber Williams of the second part pledge ourselves to work faithfully to the end making up all lost time being at all times obedient and respectful and do further agree that all advances in money clothes or otherwise made to us by the said Abial Winn is to be dedicated from our wages at the final settlement.
