On August 10, 1805, Lewis McTier [alt: McTair], Liberty County, used as collateral on a promissory note of $305 to Morgan Mara, Liberty County, “a certain negro woman Slave named and called Lilly…” Witnessed by Abner Porter. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on April 9, 1806.
