Received this 17th day of September 1804 of James Goulding the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars which is in full for one of his children named Nancy about six years old which said child I do hereby warrant and defend from all persons whatever. In witness of which I have hereunto set my hand this the above date. [Signed] Jon’thn [Jonathan] Bacon. Recorded 28th Jan’y 1805. Wm. Robarts C.S.C.L.C.
