On February 9, 1830, Micajah Andrews, planter, Liberty County, used as collateral on a promissory note of $219.65 to Uriah Wilcox, trader, Liberty County, “a certain female slave named Miley, & her daughter named Phebe [alt: Phoebe], together with their future issue & increase.” Witnessed by R.S. Leonard. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on February 11, 1830. 
[NOTE: On page 470 of Book I, U. Wilcox stated that this mortgage had been satisfied.]
