Enslaved Persons Named: Robin

On November 16, 1830, Benjamin King gifted to his two children named William Thomas King and James Benjamin King, and his daughter in law named Hetty E. N. McCauley “a certain negro fellow named Robin.” He also appointed Joseph Maybank Jones and John Jackson as trustees to these children. Witnessed by Captain Joseph Jones. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on November 22, 1830.
