On May 29, 1821, James E. Hines, Richmond County, Georgia, sold to Charlton Hines, Liberty County, for $400 “my negro man Square.” Witnessed by Lewis Hines, Wm. [William] N. Way. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on July 18, 1825.
