Power of Attorney (William Baker)

On April 8, 1824, William Baker, “intending shortly to leave said County,” appointed Thomas J. Shepard, also of Liberty County, as his attorney to be able to receive money owed him and carry out any other lawful acts. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on May 6, 1824.
