Smylie, Liberty County, “the following property, to wit, Hagar, Nancy, Peter, J???s*, Tinah [alt: Tenah], Margaret, and Little Peter.” Witnessed by G.H. Millen [or Miller], Burrel B. G. Whittington, Newman Bradley. Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on September 2, 1822.
