In the Name of God Amen I Robert Miller of St Johns Parish in the province of Georgia being Infirm in Body, but of Sound mind and Memory (blessed be God) Do hereby make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament that is to say first of all I Commend my Soul into the hands of Jesus Christ my only hope and Savior and my Body to Decent Burial at the Discretion of my Executors not Doubting the resurrection of the same at the last day, and as Touching worldly goods wherewith God has blessed me in this life, I give and dispose of them in the following manner, that is, first my Will is that all my Just Debts, and Funeral Charges be paid out of my Estate

Item I Give and bequeath to my two Grand Daughters Martha Miller and Magdalene Miller Twenty Shillings Sterling each to be paid Twelve Months after my Decease.

Item My Will is that the Remainder and Residue of my Estate be Equally Divided among my seven Children Viz. My beloved Sons James Miller – Samuel Miller and Daniel Miller, and my beloved Daughters Elizabeth Clark, Judith Miller, Mary Miller and Hariot [alt: Harriet[ Miller, the Negro Wench Mary An [alt: Ann] which I formerly gave to my Daughter Elizabeth Clark being Included as a part of her Share which I give to them their Heirs and Assigns forever.

I do hereby Constitute appoint and Ordain my Trusty friend Parmenas Way Esqr [Esquire] and my Sons Samuel Miller and Daniel Miller Executors to this my Last Will and Testament, and I do hereby utterly Disallow all former Wills or Testaments by me made, and do ordain and Constitute this to be my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty ninth Day of November Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy three –
