Enslaved Persons Named: Abraham, Madison

On March 19, 1832, Gideon B. Dean, Liberty County, used as collateral on a $307.50 promissory note to Ralph King & William King, factors of Savannah and trading under the firm name of R & W King, “the following named negro slaves, two in number, viz. Abraham, aged about thirty years and Madison, aged about sixteen years.  Recorded in Liberty County Superior Court on March 28, 1832. Marked as satisfied in full as of January 4, 1833, and satisfaction recorded in January 1833.
