Binah Caroline & Caty were valued agreeable to the request of the Heirs of Mrs. Russell by Thos. Quarterman & W.Q. Baker as per date of certificate annexed.” The certificate referred to said: “An appraisement and division of the remaining property of Mrs. Mary Russell that was not willed away viz. January 30th 1841 Binah 275 Caroline 175 Caty 225.”
