Enslaved Persons Named: Isaac, Frank

On February 17, 1846, Oliver Stevens acknowledged receipt of $1000 from John S. Fleming as payment in full for “two negroe men Isaac and Frank sold him this day…” Oliver W. Stevens, who said he was Oliver Stevens’ son, probated his signature on October 5, 1846. Recorded by J.S. Bradwell, Clerk, on October 5, 1846.
