Stevens, Planter of Liberty County, used as collateral on a promissory note for $4000 to Anthony Porter, Chatham County, “the following negro Slaves (viz) Dembo aged fifty years Tenah aged 24 years, Tim aged 16 years, Bess 14 years China 12 years Corine 10 years, Elsy 6 years Peter aged 25 years, Sl???y aged 98 yrs Sarah seventeen Caesar 4 yrs Isaac 22 yrs Sue 18 yrs Ben yrs 6 Dinah ? yrs Abraham aged 2 yrs Will aged 30 yrs Charlotte aged 28 yrs Cloe [alt: Chloe] aged 45 yrs Sandy age 20 years Jacob aged 25 Tyrah aged 25 Nanny aged 11 (or 17) years ???sor (a carpenter) aged 45 y.
