King, Liberty County, “the personal property to wit, a negro woman named Martha, together with her child named Jane. Witnessed by Jos. ? Robarts, G. ?Maxwell, G. T. Dunham. Recorded on July 18, 1849, by John E. Fraser, D.C.L.C. [Written on the deed was “Satisfied April 23, 1850, G.W. Walthour. Recorded October 1st 1850. J.S. Bradwell, Clerk.”]
