On December 5, 1859, Randal F. Jones, Liberty County, sold to Laura C. Jones for $1100 “a certain negro fellow named Tyrone about thirty five years of age.” Witnessed by T.R. McConnell, W.P. Girardeau, Not. Pub. Recorded on December 20, 1859, by S.A. Fraser, Clerk.
