“Received Riceboro April 28th , 1855, from H.H. Jones Atty of Mrs. E.S.L. Jones, administratrix of Est. of L.M. Jones one Negro man named Joe, one share of stock in C.R.R. & Banking Co Three hundred & twenty nine 28/100 dollars and due bill of C.B. Jones for fifteen 60/100 dollars. Being the share of Mrs. Mary Jones in said Estate of L.M. Jones. Signed and acknowledged in presence of Montgomery Cumming, J.I.C.C.C.” Signedy by C.C. Jones. Recorded on June 6, 1855, by S.A. Fraser, Clerk.
